Class Information
PLEASE NOTE – Class age groups are only a guide. Teachers will be responsible for guiding children into the correct classes and moving between classes/age groups. If we do not think your child is ready to move up a class, this is not a reflection of your child’s ability; we are here to encourage and bring out the best in your child. We are NOT here to destroy confidence by forcing too quickly! Many thanks for your co-operation and any queries on this matter; do not hesitate to contact us.
Class fees
Reminder – All class fees are to be paid for at the beginning of each month. Fees are to be paid by bank transfer, Cheque (Cheques made payable to Artiez) or by placing correct cash in an envelope in your child’s dance bag. School & Nursery Clubs can be paid via our click and pay shop on our website
Prices for Classes as of April 2024;
- £4.50 per half hour class
- £6 for one hour class
- £9.50 for 1.5 hour class
- School Clubs & Nursery Sessions – Prices May Vary
Nature Nurture Preschool Playgroup & Musical Melodies sessions are available to book as a term or weekly. To book please visit our booking page – www.bookwhen.com/artiez
All other classes – Monthly fees are required at all venues to secure your child’s place. We do not accept weekly payments! Fees which are not paid in the first week of each month/by the 7th of each month, shall incur a £10 LATE PAYMENT FEE.
Children who no longer wish to continue classes, are required to give ONE MONTHS NOTICE & ONE MONTHS FEES!.

WAITING LISTS
Please remember that we operate on a first come first served basis for ALL CLASSES and that we have waiting lists in place. If you no longer wish to continue with a class, please let us know so that the space can be offered to another child. A month’s notice and fees is required should your child not wish to continue their class.
Should your child be unwell & unable to attend class, please contact us and we will do our very best to offer you an alternative class time as a catch up session.
On average Artiez closes for 10 weeks of the year; usually during the school holidays. In order for these prices to remain the same, we do have to charge you for classes missed due to illness or holidays taken during the term time.
