Artiez is committed to protecting your privacy and security. This Privacy Statement applies to the use and processing of personal information collected and used by Artiez, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).

When you register for Classes / Events / Clubs / Workshops at Artiez, we collect contact information such as guardian names, addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, e-mail address, student information such as student names, birthdays, medical conditions etc. We also collect information such as where you may have heard of our services & social media account names (for contact purposes only).

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us here at Artiez. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We will take special care to protect the privacy and security of your information.

Artiez will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes: (i) if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process e.g for track and trace purposes; or (ii) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public / child / pupil; (iii) in an emergency eg should your child have an accident.

Artiez may include links to third-party sites. Artiez does not control these third-party sites, and we encourage you to read the privacy statement of every site you visit. Our websites may include plugins from social networks or other third parties. An example of a plugin is the Facebook “Like” button. Where legally permitted, these plugins may communicate with and send information to the party that provided the plugin, even if you do not click on the plugin.
